Smoothies are one my favourite things to have during the day. They’re filling, delicious and super quick/easy to make! They can be a great snack and post-workout replenishment when filled with super foods and protein! I’ve been trying to include more green smoothies into my daily regime. I tend to lean more towards chocolatey, pb goodness!
I recently found a recipe I wanted to try and boy was it yummy! Kale has become one of my favourite foods to eat. The man and I have been making kale chips for dinner and it’s just the perfect addition to some chicken or fish. It’s super healthy for you and when it’s baked with some drizzled coconut oil on it, it’s perfection. But back to this recipe!
All you need is kale, a banana (two if you’re doubling up) 2 cups of almond milk or coconut milk if you so choose and 2 tablespoons of agave syrup!
You just need to blend it all together and enjoy!
