I made a vow to myself that this fall and winter I

I made a vow to myself that this fall and winter I would cook more and dive into some cozy new recipes 🍂

So I obviously bought @kristincavallari new book because I’m obsessed with her first one ✨

Just this morning I was flipping through some of the recipes and I think I know what I’m cooking up this weekend!

Are you guys more likely to order out or are you a lover of cooking in the kitchen?

I spent too much time earlier on in life pretending to be someone I wasn’t.

I dimmed my shine if you will. So I wasn’t the loudest person in the room. I didn’t act as smart as I was because I thought that’s what guys wanted, etc and boy was I wrong.

Be you and if people don’t like it, then they’re not your people.

I am myself every damn day. I’m loud (seriously my girl @katieberks reminds me to talk a little quieter when we’re in public places), I embarrass myself, I share my opinion, I love and I love hard.

AND guess what? The people in my life, the tribe, people on this fun little app love it and me and accept me and that’s great.

We’re just trying to soak up the nice weather before it gets dark/chilly at 4PM 😅

What a reminder, at least for me ✨ I’m a perf

What a reminder, at least for me ✨

I’m a perfectionist, I’m an eager beaver, I’m not very patient (working on this), I’m the biggest dreamer, etc.

I feel like I’m always looking ahead and not taking time to enjoy how far I’ve come. I need reminders from friends, family and words like this to slow down and realize that I’m not the same person I was a year ago...

AND that it’s not a race to the finish line (there isn’t one), but a lovely journey where you learn and grow!

Happy Tuesday friends 💕

I’m just trying to soak up as much sunshine and wine on the porch as I can y’all ✌🏼

We don’t need massive growth to know that we’re moving in the right direction.

It can be as small as getting out of bed 5 minutes earlier than you usually do. It can be that you’re getting out and away from your computer; enjoying some fresh air.

Talking to yourself and about yourself in a lighter, more positive way.

Never forget how incredible you are and we’re all just trying to do our best.

Cheer each other on even if it’s small to start ✨
