how to overcome a fear of change

Hello, Friday you beautiful beautiful day.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week! Mine was super productive and very inspiring (lots of ideas going around in my head).

I wanted to share a video from one of my favourite people who I follow in the business world. Marie Forleo.

I looooove getting her emails because they’re always spot on and come right when you need it most.

I was actually out to lunch with two of my gal pals earlier this week and we were talking about how we’re all in different places in our lives and how scary it is (in a good way of course). We talked about careers, relationships, travel plans, learning to be more independent and how it made us all feel.

I know personally that it scares me a little bit to think that a lot of my friends are ready to settle down and I’m not (yet). If you had asked me last year, I would have thought I’d be buying my first house this year, but things have changed.

I’m obsessed with bettering myself and planning travel right now because I think that’s what is best for ME. BUT, that doesn’t mean I don’t want a house or to get married or to have kids (I definitely want those things), it’s just not in the cards right now.

So, I wanted to share this blog post/video on how to overcome this fear that we have when it comes to changing things up when we’re not the happiest per se or we’re truly not doing things for ourselves. Whether it be a career change or relationship eye opener or even making life changing decisions when it comes to your health, there is this fear that we can push past. Watch the video below and read the blog post here.

Do you resonate?

Do you feel like you’re supposed to be doing something more, but can’t figure out what it is? Or you’re scared?

Me too!

Go into the weekend with an open mind and heart. It’s time to start living for YOU. Don’t make decisions based on what other people want/need because it truly might not be right for you.

Let’s chat about this (if you want to of course)! Email me, shoot me a message on FB or find me on Instagram and DM me (if you’re into that thing).

I truly love talking about these kinds of situations and feelings that we may all have. Have a wonderful weekend!
